The Dallas County Tax Collector and License Commissioner site accepts payments via PayPal. The convenience fee is lower, at 2.5% + $$.30 transaction fee. This fee is collected by PayPal.
You can pay your PROPERTY bill by phone using a new phone number: 1-866-538-6713.
